When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to provide: name, work email, company, role, company size, industry, and details about the project or problem you want to discuss. We do not require any other personal information to evaluate a potential engagement.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to review your inquiry, respond to you, and — if there is a fit — scope a potential engagement. A technical lead reviews every submission personally. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties except for service providers we use to operate our website and email (hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality, and only to the extent necessary to run our business.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your request, or as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted. To exercise any of these rights, email carmen@trust-ai.dev.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
